1) What are your Business Hours?
8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday Email us we respond within 24 hours
2) How long does it take my order to ship?
We process orders within 72 hours and will email your tracking information promptly.
3) Do you have a Storefront?
We do not have brick and mortar locations because it is important for us that we are able to offer you the very best price available. Not having the expense of storefronts means we can offer you the lowest price and highest quality.
4) Can I return or exchange products?
Our products are homemade, in small batches due to the nature of our ingredients. For this reason, we keep our prices affordable. To accept returns would upset this balance.
5) Can these products be used on any-kind of hair?
Yes, our products are great on all kinds of curly, straight, or textured hair. We'll continue to expand on our line to offer more styling products.
6)Are all of your products natural?
Our products are made of natural ingredients. However we may use an ingredient that is derived from natural ingredients to help stabilized or preserve a product for longer shelf life.
7) Why is this product slightly lighter/darker and/or thinner/thicker than the last one I received?
Chaner Natural products are made in small batches using fresh ingredients, butters, oils and emulsifiers. Slight differences in texture from batch to batch may occur. The products obtain their tint and color from the natural butters, herbs and oils used which may vary from batch to batch. This will not affect performance.
